Refund Policy

We want Lofi Space to be a quiet, reliable corner of your menu bar. If Pro isn't doing that for you, we'll refund it — quickly, and without making you justify it.

14-day refund window

You can request a full refund of your Pro upgrade within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. We don't require a justification; "changed my mind" is reason enough.

How to request a refund

The fastest path: email support@lofispace.app from the address you used at checkout. If you have your license key or Polar order number handy, please include them — it speeds things up. We'll start the refund through our payment processor, Polar, within one business day.

You can also request a refund directly via your Polar receipt email or customer portal.

When the money lands

Polar typically processes refunds back to your card or original payment method within 5–10 business days. Some banks take a bit longer to surface the credit; if you don't see it within two weeks, contact us and we'll check on the status.

What happens to your license

Once a refund is issued, your Pro license is deactivated. The app reverts to the free tier — your scenes, preferences, and any custom scenes remain on your Mac. You can repurchase Pro later if you change your mind.

After 14 days

Refunds after the 14-day window are at our discretion. If you've run into something genuinely broken in the app, please reach out before requesting a refund — we'd rather fix the issue than lose you. We're a small team and we read every message.

Free tier

The free tier doesn't involve any payment, so there's nothing to refund there. Uninstalling the app at any time costs nothing.
